Using our Invention Realization Process, we will empower you to manage the risk to your time and monetary resources as you progress through this journey to either selling your idea or launching it into production. The major milestones of this adventure are illustrated below.

As you can see that there are two paths that ultimately create financial return for the inventor. One is the path to selling the idea to an existing company for a lump sum, royalties, or a combination of both. The other path entails fully developing the idea into a product, manufacturing the product and then distributing the product for sale.

In order to best assess which path is best for your product idea, a Invention Discovery Session will be required. During this initial session we will capture the critical information about your idea. Included in this is a description of your idea, the market need that you envision being fulfilled by the product, and what progress has been made to date along the path to market launch.

With this information we will create a custom proposal for you including an outline of the critical steps that we see necessary to progress from milestone to milestone along the Invention Realization Path, an estimate of cost for each of these steps, and an estimate of duration to move from milestone to milestone.

And finally, if you are not in a position to fully fund the development of your invention then we have multiple options available to assist.
